Before sending, make sure the receiving address was issued by a TRON wallet rather than copied from the Solana tab of the same exchange. Do I need an account or any checks?
No. Just the amount and your USDT address on the TRON network. We do not ask who sent the SOL: no forms, no uploads, no identity steps. The screening happens on the funds themselves, automatically, and a deposit that cannot be cleared is sent back to the sender address - the one you paid from and control.
How fast is the swap?
Usually fast, because there is little to wait for: the deposit is confirmed by Solana, one of the quickest networks around, so the swap gets going almost immediately. TRON on the way out keeps the same pace and hands over USDT without a pause. A delay is the rare exception, when one of the networks is overloaded.
What if I pick the wrong network?
USDT-SPL on Solana and USDT (TRC-20) on TRON use different addresses. We need a TRON address. If something goes to the wrong place, message support and we will sort it by hand.
On which network will I receive the USDT?
On TRON, as TRC-20 - the same network named in the page title. Do not mix it up with USDT-SPL, which lives on Solana itself and uses different addresses. Give an address from a wallet set to the TRON network, and the dollars land exactly where you expect.
Is it safe?
We do not hold a balance and do not ask for documents. SOL comes in and goes straight out as USDT to your address, with the rate locked in advance.
Can I get a refund?
It takes one field: a Solana address for returns, given with the order. When a swap cannot reach payout, the SOL comes back to that address, not onto a balance of ours. Add it before sending - a return arranged up front does not depend on writing to support afterwards.
Why TRC-20 and not another USDT format?
TRC-20 is the cheapest and fastest way to move dollars onward, to an exchange or another wallet. The network fee is minimal.
