1. Service Description

SwapSS ("the Service") is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service that facilitates the conversion of one digital asset to another. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is not available to residents of sanctioned jurisdictions or individuals on sanctions lists maintained by OFAC, EU, UN or other applicable authorities.

3. Exchange Process

When you create an exchange, the Service generates a unique deposit address. You must send the exact amount within the time limit shown.

The Service implements AML procedures. Deposits may be screened. Flagged funds may require identity verification. Funds from illegal activity may be frozen per legal requirements.

Cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks including price volatility, irreversibility, network congestion, smart contract risk, and bridge protocol risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. The Service is not liable for losses due to incorrect user input, blockchain failures, exchange outages, price slippage, or force majeure.

8. Privacy

Minimal personal information is collected. Transaction data is stored for compliance. We do not sell user data. Blockchain transactions are inherently public.

9. Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
