Sent wrong amount

Float orders process any amount within limits. Fixed orders apply the quoted rate only to the exact amount specified.

Sent to wrong network

Contact us with your order ID and transaction hash. Recovery depends on the network and may involve additional fees.

Forgot memo or destination tag

Contact support with your transaction hash. We will attempt to match the deposit manually.
