If your deposit arrives, your swap completes — or your money comes back.

Every order ends one of two ways: you get your coins, or you get your own back. Here is what we promise, and what we do when something goes off script.

Completed or returned

Once your deposit is visible on the network, the order runs to an ending: the swap completes, or the funds go back. There are no silent holds. Every order ends in a status, and that status is right there on its page.

Refunds without paperwork

If a swap cannot complete, a refund is the default action, not a favor you have to ask for. We do not request a passport to return your own money.

It is written into our AML policy

Nothing gets lost quietly

Wrong network, wrong amount, a deposit that looks off: anything ambiguous stops the automation, and a human operator takes the order. The money does not move until it is clear what the right move is.

What if…

  • You sent less than the order says

We recalculate from what actually arrived and complete the swap automatically. No refund loop, no waiting.

  • You sent more

The automation stops and an operator sorts out the extra. The funds are not going anywhere.

  • Wrong coin or wrong network

We stop and sort it out by hand. The deposit is on record, and a mistake does not erase it.

  • You changed your mind before sending

Cancel in one click, clean history. Nothing to explain.

  • The floating rate moved while your deposit was in flight

Honestly: the final amount locks when your deposit confirms. We say so before you create the order, not in the fine print after.

Why you can hold us to this

  • Every status change is written to a log that cannot be rewritten after the fact.
  • Your order page is your receipt. It stays available after the swap is done.
  • Support is answered by a person, not a script with canned lines.
