Risk Disclosure

Short and honest: crypto is powerful and unforgiving. Read this once before your first exchange.
Prices move
A float-rate order executes at the market rate at the moment of execution. The estimate you saw when you created it is an estimate, and in a fast market the difference can be real money in either direction. A fixed-rate order removes that risk while its window holds; the window is on the order page.
Transactions are final
A confirmed blockchain transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed or corrected. Not by you, not by us, not by anyone. If an address is wrong by one character, or the right address is on the wrong network, the coins go where the mistake points. Always check the address, the asset and the network together before sending; the order page shows all three side by side for exactly this reason.
Networks have their own weather
Blockchains congest, fees spike, blocks reorganize, and some assets need a memo or tag to arrive at all. When a network misbehaves, an order can take longer than the typical time shown. We show what we know on the order page as we know it.
Execution depends on live markets
The liquidity that fills an order comes from live markets. In rare conditions, a deposit that arrives late, an amount that does not match, or a market that moved hard stops an order for a person to look at it instead of executing at a rate you would not want. The two exits from any pause are the swap or the money back.
Nobody from SwapSS will contact you first
We never write to you first, never ask for your seed phrase, never ask for identity documents, and never ask you to "verify your wallet". The only places we ask anything are the order page and the support thread you opened yourself. Check the domain every time.
This is not advice
Nothing on SwapSS is investment advice. We exchange coins; deciding what to hold is yours.
