Accepting Crypto Payments from European Customers

European clients send USDT in minutes, with no SWIFT delays or bank declines. What to accept and how to set it up with SwapSS Pay.

Accepting Crypto Payments from European Customers

If your customers are in Europe, crypto gets you paid without the banking friction. USDT on TRC20 arrives in minutes, with no currency conversion, no SWIFT chain, and no questions about your business category.

Why the banking route is getting harder

Banks in the EU have tightened up. Opening an account as a foreign company is harder than it used to be, and international transfers get delayed or come back asking for paperwork. Cards from certain countries simply fail at authorization with European merchants. A German customer who already holds USDT in a wallet can pay you directly, with no intermediary in the middle.

Which coins to accept

Stablecoins USDT and USDC are pegged to the dollar, so the price doesn't move between the invoice and the payment. TRC20 is the popular network for European transfers: the fee is a few cents. Ethereum addresses cover customers who keep funds on larger exchanges. Accept both and the customer picks whichever is convenient.

What to get right

Show the network next to the address every time: "USDT (TRC20)" or "USDT (ERC20)". Without it, a customer can send to the wrong network and the money won't reach you. Fix the amount in the stablecoin, or show a live-rate conversion on the payment page. Confirmation comes in one to three minutes and the order marks itself paid automatically.

Who benefits most

Digital goods and subscriptions, SaaS, and services with customers spread across the EU. Physical goods work too, especially if part of your customer base has been asking for crypto for a while.
