How to Invoice for Multiple Items in One Payment
Your client is buying several things at once. How to send one crypto invoice for the full order instead of separate invoices for each item.
One invoice for the full order is easier for the client and cleaner for you: one transaction instead of several, fewer network fees, less room for confusion. You calculate the total and the client pays once.
How to do it
Add up the total on your side: sum the items, apply any discount. Create one invoice for that amount. Use the description field to list what's included. The client sees it on the payment page, and you have a record of it in your dashboard.
Why one payment beats several
Every invoice is a separate blockchain transaction with a network fee. The client pays that fee each time they transfer. One payment means one fee. For USDT on the Tron network those fees are small regardless, but a single clean transaction is still tidier.
If the order changes after you've sent the invoice
An invoice that hasn't been paid yet can simply be recreated with the updated amount. A paid invoice cannot be changed. If the amount shifts after payment, issue a top-up invoice for the difference or issue a partial refund.
Keeping your own records
Use the invoice description field as an internal note. Add an order number or a list of line items. Later, it's easy to search for in your dashboard.
