How to Prepare Your Business for Crypto Payments
Operational readiness for crypto acceptance: who handles refunds, where the money goes, how to set up support and bookkeeping before the first real customer pays.

Connecting the service and completing a test payment takes an evening. But before real customers show up, your team needs answers to a few questions.
Who handles non-standard payments
Crypto payments are irreversible. If a customer sends the wrong network or the wrong amount, who deals with it? Name a specific person with access to the dashboard and the authority to initiate a refund. "The team" is not an answer.
Where the money is and how to get it out
Accepted payments land on the service's balance, not directly with you. Decide in advance who can see the balance, when to withdraw, and to which address.
Refund policy
You initiate refunds yourself: the service does not make that call for you. Customers need to know the terms before they pay, and your support team needs a clear process for the common cases.
Data for your accountant
Transaction hash, amount in coin, exchange rate at the time of payment. A good service stores all of this in the dashboard. Agree on an export format with your accountant before the first payment arrives.
Support on Telegram
Crypto users default to Telegram for questions. Without a support channel there, some of those messages will fall through the cracks. Questions: @swappsy.
