Before you open crypto payments to customers, walk the whole path yourself. Create a test invoice, pay a small amount from your own wallet, and confirm that the status and notifications fire correctly. It takes 10-15 minutes.
What to check
The payment page looks right. Open the link for your test invoice and check: is the amount visible, the coin and network clear, the address and QR easy to read? Would someone with no crypto experience find it confusing?
The money arrives and is credited. Send a small amount from your wallet. Watch the status move through "waiting," "received," and "confirmed." The funds should appear on your balance.
Notifications fire. If you set up Telegram or a webhook, confirm the message arrived on time.
A refund goes through. From the dashboard, return the test payment to your own address.
Check it from the client side too
Ask someone to open the link on their phone. The key thing: can they see the network and address clearly before they tap send?
Once that is done
If everything went cleanly, you are ready for real customers. If something felt off, it is much cheaper to fix it now than to untangle a stuck payment from an actual buyer.
