Every incoming payment in SwapSS Pay moves through several stages, and you can see each one in your dashboard without refreshing the page. Add Telegram notifications and the status comes to you rather than you going to find it.
Where to look
Your merchant dashboard shows a list of all invoices with their current status. Each invoice tracks: created, awaiting payment, transaction detected by the network, confirmations in progress, paid. The time of each step is recorded.

Connect your account in your dashboard settings, and every confirmed payment sends you a message. You don't need to keep the dashboard open. You're working, a notification arrives, and you see the payment is confirmed.
What to do if a payment seems stuck
If a client says they sent the money but the status hasn't changed, look up the transaction hash in a blockchain explorer. Usually it means the network hasn't reached the required number of confirmations yet. Wait a few minutes. If something is genuinely unusual, @swappsy can sort it out.
Webhooks for automation
If you have a website or an order management system, set up a webhook. Every time a payment status changes, your system gets a notification automatically and can mark the order as paid on its own. Useful for any shop or service that handles a steady volume of payments.
