What a Crypto Payment Link Is

A crypto payment link is a short URL that takes the customer to a payment page with everything pre-filled: amount, coin, address, expiry. You create the link, send it anywhere, in a Telegram message, an email, a post, and the customer pays without extra steps.

Why it's easier than sharing a wallet address

A wallet address tells the customer where to send money. It doesn't say how much, which network, or what it's for. The customer guesses, makes a mistake, and messages you. A payment link contains everything: open it, see the details, pay.

Where people use them: selling in a Telegram channel with no storefront. Invoicing a client in a chat. Accepting donations or content payments. Letting a buyer pick their own coin and network.

Two kinds of links

A fixed invoice: a specific amount, coin, and network. Right for when you know the price in advance and want to control what the customer pays with.

A flexible link: the customer picks a coin from your list and the price is converted at the rate when they open it. Useful when customers hold different coins and you don't want to create a separate link for each one.

What to keep in mind

A link is valid for a limited time. After it expires the customer gets a notice that the invoice is outdated. This prevents someone from paying an old rate days later.
