01

The key to the Ethereum ecosystem

ETH is the entry ticket to DeFi, NFTs, and apps on Ethereum. Once it is in your wallet, you are set up for any of them.

02

Fast way in

TRON confirms in seconds and costs next to nothing, so your side of the trip takes very little time.

03

A rate with no surprises

We lock the price the moment you start. Nothing added on top: what you see is what you get.

04

Your coins do not sit with us

We do not hold a balance. TRX comes in and goes straight out as ETH to your address.

Send TRX from the TRON network (the native coin of the network, not a token). ETH arrives on Ethereum mainnet (L1), to a standard 0x address, with no memo or tag. TRON confirms your side in seconds, then it is down to the Ethereum network. The contrast between the two networks is the point here: TRON is fast and close to free, Ethereum is calmer and costlier but is where the big apps live. The receiver should make sure the 0x address belongs to a wallet whose keys they hold themselves, not a deposit address of some other service. The exact rate and minimum are shown right in the swap form.

FAQ

Do I need to register or verify my identity?

No. A user only gives the amount and an Ethereum address; nobody asks for documents. The checks that do run are automated and aimed at the origin of the funds, not at the person. When a deposit cannot pass that screening, it is sent back to an address the sender controls.

Which network does ETH arrive on?

Ethereum mainnet (L1), to a standard 0x address. If you need ETH on an L2, ask support @swappsy first.

How much time does the swap take?

The deposit rides the TRON network, which confirms transfers in seconds, so your side of the trip barely registers. Then ETH travels the Ethereum network, which is slower and moves with the load, though the queue is usually moderate. Overall the swap finishes without a long wait.

What if I pick the wrong network?

Send TRX on the TRON network and give an Ethereum 0x address. If it arrives wrong, message @swappsy.

Can I send TRX straight from an exchange withdrawal?

Yes, plenty of clients do. Withdraw TRX from the exchange account to the address shown, pick the TRON network on the withdrawal form, and send it as one transaction. Keep in mind the exchange may take its own withdrawal fee, so check the amount that actually leaves against the order.

Can I get a refund?

A TRON address in the refund field covers it: the TRX came over TRON and returns the same way if the exchange cannot be completed. Nothing about the return depends on the Ethereum side. Add the address while creating the order and the deposit finds its way back on its own.
