Do I need to sign up or verify who I am?
No. No registration, no email, just the amount and your TRC-20 address on the TRON network. We do not check the identity of the person swapping. Screening applies to the funds themselves, and a deposit that cannot be cleared is returned to the sender address, which stays under your control.
Same USDT on both sides - why does the total differ a little?
It is the same dollar token in two network standards, but moving between networks is not free. It converts at the rate shown in the form: you see and lock the final figure before you send, and it does not change after that.
How fast is the transfer from BNB Chain to TRON?
Usually short: both networks are quick. The wait is dominated by the deposit side - the swap starts once the BNB Smart Chain confirms your USDT, which it does with little delay. TRON then sends the outgoing USDT promptly. If the status lingers, it is almost always confirmations on the sending side, and the order page shows the current step.
What should my wallet support to receive the USDT?
The USDT arrives on the TRON network as TRC-20, to an address that starts with T. Open your wallet or exchange deposit page and check that TRON is on its network list: a BNB Chain or Ethereum address is a different format and cannot receive this transfer. Compare the first and last characters before pasting.
What if I mix up BEP-20 and TRC-20?
Send your USDT on the BNB Smart Chain, and give a receiving address on TRON. If something goes wrong, message @swappsy and we will sort it by hand.
I sent a different amount than the order says - what now?
The order is recalculated from what actually arrived at the address, at the rate in effect when the deposit confirms, and the updated total shows in the order status. Unusual cases, such as a transfer split into parts, go to human review: message support and we will see the swap through.
Can I get a refund?
The refund field takes an address on the BNB Smart Chain - the network your deposit came in on, since that is where it goes back. Fill it in with the order, before sending. If the swap cannot be closed, the USDT returns there as BEP-20, not in any other form.
Which network do I send USDT on?
Exactly the one this page names: USDT (BEP-20). A transfer on a different network, or sent to the token's contract address, cannot start this exchange — those cases go through manual support review.
