What this chain shows - and what it cannot
A public node answers questions about one transaction, block or balance exactly. What it cannot do is list an address's history - that requires an indexing service keeping its own copy of the chain. The address page here shows balance, nonce and contract status, and says this plainly instead of showing an empty table.
