Is an account or an identity step needed here?
Neither. An amount and a Monero address are all an order takes; there is no registration and no forms. What we check is the funds, not the person: the incoming DOGE deposit is screened automatically before the exchange, and a deposit that cannot be cleared goes back to an address the sender controls.
How private is it?
No account or sign-up, and on the way out Monero hides the amount and recipient on its own chain. The trail from transparent Dogecoin does not carry into Monero.
Do you need a payment ID?
No, a plain Monero address is enough. We do not ask for payment IDs.
How long until the Monero arrives after I send DOGE?

What form does the Monero arrive in?

What happens to the DOGE if the trade stops short of payout?
The deposit does not get stuck: give a return address in the order, and if the exchange cannot complete, the DOGE goes back there. Filling that field in up front spares you a support conversation later.
