Account, email, forms - do I need any of that?

None of it. The swap is two fields, an amount and your Monero address - no sign-up and no email, not for the quote and not for receiving the coins. We do not check the person who sent the ETH: automated screening applies to the funds alone. A deposit that fails it rides back to the sender address, which you control.

How long does this take?

Once your ETH transaction gets its confirmations on Ethereum, the exchange and payout usually follow quickly. A congested Ethereum network can add a wait on that side, which is outside our control. What if I send from an L2 instead of mainnet?

Is this safe?

We hold your coins only for the length of the swap itself. ETH comes in, Monero goes out to the address you gave us, and we don't keep custody of either afterward.

What happens if something goes wrong?

If the swap can't complete at the quoted rate, say your ETH arrives after the market moved past the minimum, we reach out with your options, including a refund. Support is @swappsy. The return itself is simple: you leave an address and the funds go back there on the Ethereum network - a failed deposit does not stay with us.

Can I use my Ethereum address for the XMR side?
