Ethereum → Monero
Exchange ETH to Monero (XMR)
1 ETH ≈ 5.11308 XMR · min 0.00168197 ETH
Indicative rate. Your exact rate locks in the form below.
Your Ethereum wallet has a paper trail. Monero doesn't.
Send ETH from any wallet, get Monero back on your own address. The rate is locked in before you send, so what you see in the form is what lands.
How to exchange ETH to Monero (XMR)
- 01 Enter the amount and your Monero (XMR) address.
- 02 Send ETH in a single transaction from your wallet.
- 03 Get XMR at your address, usually without a long wait.
Break the Ethereum trail
Every DeFi swap, NFT mint and token approval ties back to your ETH address. Once it lands as Monero, none of that history follows it.
One transaction, no bridge
No wrapping, no extra wallet to manage. Send ETH once, Monero lands at your address.
No account, no forms
The trade goes through without sign-up or ID. Enter your address, send the coin, done.
Rate locked before you send
You see the exact rate and minimum in the form before committing. Once your ETH is sent, that rate doesn't move.
Send ETH on Ethereum mainnet only, not from Arbitrum, Optimism, Base or another L2 - a transfer from an L2 address won't register as a valid deposit here. Give a standard Monero address for the XMR side. We wait for the usual number of confirmations on Ethereum before your Monero goes out, so don't worry if it's not instant. The exact rate and minimum amount are always shown live in the swap form before you send anything. The exchange starts after 12 confirmations on Ethereum — usually about 3 min.

FAQ
Do I need an account?
- No. Enter the amount, give your Monero address, send the ETH. No sign-up and no email, not for the quote and not for receiving the coins.
How long does this take?
- Once your ETH transaction gets its confirmations on Ethereum, the exchange and payout usually follow quickly. A congested Ethereum network can add a wait on that side, which is outside our control.
What if I send from an L2 instead of mainnet?
- This pair expects ETH from Ethereum mainnet. Sending from Arbitrum, Optimism, Base or another L2 won't register as a valid deposit here. If you're not sure which network your wallet used, ask @swappsy before you send.
Is this safe?
- We hold your coins only for the length of the swap itself. ETH comes in, Monero goes out to the address you gave us, and we don't keep custody of either afterward.
What happens if something goes wrong?
- If the swap can't complete at the quoted rate, say your ETH arrives after the market moved past the minimum, we reach out with your options, including a refund. Support is @swappsy.
Can I use my Ethereum address for the XMR side?
- No, the formats are different. Give an actual Monero address. Mixing them up just fails validation, it doesn't put your funds at risk.
