Will there be a sign-up or a check of my identity?
There will not. We do not look into who our client is: an amount and a Monero address are enough for an order. Only the funds are examined - the incoming USDC deposit passes automated screening before the exchange, and a deposit that cannot be cleared is returned to an address the sender controls.
Which network do I send USDC on?
The Ethereum network, ERC-20 standard. It is USDC at a 0x address, and the transfer needs ETH for gas.
Do you need a payment ID?
No, a plain Monero address is enough. We do not ask for payment IDs.
How long until XMR lands after I send USDC?
The main wait is your transfer confirming on Ethereum: a moderate stretch as a rule, growing when the network is busy. The Monero payout then follows without delay. The order status shows which stage is currently in progress.
What if the USDC arrives in a different amount?
The order holds: the exchange is recalculated from the sum that actually arrived, at the rate in effect when the deposit confirms, and a small difference simply shows up in the XMR total. Large or unusual gaps stop for human review - support @swappsy agrees the outcome with you, up to a return.
Do I get a coin or a token on the way out?
A coin: the XMR arrives on its own Monero network to the address from your order, not as a wrapped version. A transfer on that network cannot be read from outside - neither amount nor recipient - and that is its normal behavior, not a setting.
Can my USDC get stuck if the swap fails?
No. Put a return address on the Ethereum network into the order - if the trade never reaches payout, the deposit is sent there. Whatever happens, the funds remain yours.
Which network do I send USDC on?
