No need to deposit USDT to an exchange and sell it there first. Send ERC-20 USDT, get Bitcoin straight to your address.

02

The rate locks up front

The Bitcoin price is locked the instant you submit. While the swap is in flight, the rate does not drift against you.

03

No account

No email, no password, no forms. Enter an address, send USDT.

04

Your coins do not sit with us

We do not hold a balance. USDT comes in and goes straight out as Bitcoin to your address.

Send USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20), not from TRON or BNB Chain, since those are a different USDT format with a different address. Moving USDT on Ethereum needs gas (ETH in your wallet), so keep that in mind before sending. For receiving, give a real Bitcoin address. The swap goes through after Ethereum network confirmations. The exact rate and minimum are shown right in the swap form. The Ethereum transfer fee depends on network load, so quiet hours are the cheaper time to send. Compare the first and last characters of your Bitcoin address - the payout goes exactly there. Save the hash of your deposit transaction: any question to support gets resolved faster with it.

FAQ

Is registration or a personal check required to swap?

No. An amount and a Bitcoin address to receive on are enough. We do not establish who the client is and request no confirmations - the automated screening concerns the funds that land on the deposit address. A deposit that fails it does not enter the exchange: the coins go back to an address the sender controls.

Which network do I send USDT on?

The Ethereum network, ERC-20 standard. Not TRON (TRC-20) and not BNB Chain (BEP-20), which are different formats with different addresses.

How long does turning USDT into Bitcoin take?

Most of the wait is Ethereum confirming your deposit: normally a moderate stretch, though busy hours slow the network down. After that the payout rides the Bitcoin network, which keeps its own calm tempo. We name no exact minutes - the two chains set the pace, not us.

What if I send USDT on a different standard than ERC-20?

The address only accepts a transfer on the Ethereum network. If you sent a different standard, message @swappsy and we will sort it by hand.

I sent a different USDT amount than my order - what happens?

The order stands. It is recalculated from the sum that actually reached the deposit address, at the rate in effect when the deposit confirms. A small difference simply shifts how much Bitcoin comes out, while a serious mismatch pauses the order for human review - support @swappsy settles the outcome with you.

Does the BTC arrive on the Bitcoin network itself?

Yes, the payout is ordinary Bitcoin on its own network - not a token on Ethereum and not a balance on some platform. Give an address from a Bitcoin wallet in any format: starting with 1, 3, or bc1. Once paid out, the coins sit under your key alone.

How do I get the funds back if the swap does not work out?

Leave a return address on the Ethereum network and the USDT deposit travels back to the wallet of the sender. Unfinished orders do not hang around here: an exchange either reaches Bitcoin on your address or closes with the deposit returned.

Which network do I send USDT on?

Exactly the one this page names: USDT (ERC-20). A transfer on a different network, or sent to the token's contract address, cannot start this exchange — those cases go through manual support review.
